Information We Receive
Direct contact. If you choose to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you share, such as your contact details, company information, project requirements and any drawings or other files you send directly.
Technical information. Our hosting service provides request and bandwidth information, including IP-address and country-based views, to help operate and maintain the website. The complete underlying log fields and retention periods have not yet been verified. Administrator sign-in uses WordPress authentication and preference cookies, as described in our Cookie Notice.
Website forms. When you submit the Contact form, we receive your name, email address, country or region, product interests and project requirements, together with any optional company details, phone number and attachments. Enquiries and attachments are stored for authorised administrators, and an internal notification is sent to our business email. Catalogue requests and downloads are not enabled.
How We Use Information
We use information you provide to understand your enquiry, discuss specifications and quotations, and follow up on your business requirements. Website request information, access controls and backups support operation, maintenance and recovery of the site.
Hostinger Reach has been deactivated, and its remote script has been removed from the checked frontend pages. We do not use it for marketing subscriptions.
Service Providers and Storage
Hostinger provides website hosting. Its control panel identifies the current server location as Düsseldorf, Germany, and the backup location as France. Automated website backups run daily. Hosting and content-delivery services may involve other technical processing locations; these locations do not mean that all information is stored only in Germany or France.
Our domain and business email service were purchased independently through Alibaba Cloud. The storage location of our email data has not been verified. Messages sent directly to our business email are handled through that email service.
Retention
Retention arrangements for business correspondence and enquiry records are still being confirmed. The hosting log and backup retention periods have not been verified. Daily backup frequency does not establish how long backup copies are kept.
We have not configured an automatic deletion period for enquiry records. You can contact us about deletion or retention of your enquiry. We review requests in light of our business records and applicable obligations; hosting log and backup retention periods remain unverified.
Privacy Requests
For privacy questions, or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, email info@wintenic.com. Describe the information or correspondence concerned so that we can identify your request. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing information.
Requests will be considered in light of the information held and applicable requirements. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute. This notice does not promise unconditional deletion of every copy or a fixed response time.
