Project-Based Manufacturing
Our team reviews the window schedule, elevations, opening directions, glass build-up, finish, hardware and target performance before proposing a suitable configuration.
01 Drawings & Schedules
Made according to architectural drawings, elevations and window schedules.
02 Opening Configuration
Inward or outward opening, with handing and divisions confirmed before production.
03 Technical Configuration
Aluminum system, glazing, hardware and accessories selected for the project.
04 Export Delivery
Protective packaging and shipment preparation for international projects.
Window Types
Available arrangements include single and double casement units, fixed panels, transoms, sidelights, grilles, and inward- or outward-opening designs. Final size and feasibility are reviewed according to the selected system, glass weight, hardware capacity and project wind-load requirements.
System Configuration
The aluminum window system is selected according to project location, architectural design, structural requirements, thermal target and budget.
Frame Material: Aluminum alloy
Thermal Break: PA66 GF25 insulation strips available
System Depth: Selected according to project requirements
Profile Thickness: Determined by size, system and structural design
Opening Direction: Inward or outward opening
Sealing: Multi-level EPDM sealing
Surface Finish: Powder coating, anodizing or wood-grain finish
Color: RAL colors or approved project sample
Drainage: System-specific drainage design
Insect Screen: Fixed, removable or retractable options
Project Glazing
Glass build-ups are selected after reviewing window dimensions, applicable standards and the required thermal, acoustic, safety and solar-control performance.
Double Glazing | Triple Glazing | Tempered Glass | Laminated Glass | Low-E Glass | Solar-Control Glass | Acoustic Glazing | Argon Filling | Warm-Edge Spacer
Hardware & Accessories
Options include multi-point locking systems, hinges, handles, opening restrictors, child-safety accessories and insect screens. Hardware type and load capacity are selected according to sash dimensions, sash weight and project requirements.
Specified Brands: Project-specified hardware brands can be evaluated during technical review.
Trickle Vents: Can be evaluated when the required brand, airflow, acoustic performance and installation details are provided.
Project Performance
Final performance depends on the complete window configuration, including the aluminum system, overall dimensions, opening arrangement, glass build-up, hardware, fabrication quality and installation conditions.
Thermal Insulation | Air Permeability | Watertightness | Wind Resistance | Acoustic Insulation | Safety & Security
Any declared performance level must be confirmed against the final approved configuration and the applicable calculation or test documentation.
Manufacturing & Quality
Production begins after the technical configuration and drawings have been confirmed. Profiles are cut, machined and assembled, followed by glass installation, hardware fitting, adjustment and final inspection.
Quality checks: Profile dimensions and machining position | Corner connection and frame alignment | Drainage and sealing details | Sash alignment and opening operation | Locking-point engagement | Glass and surface-finish inspection
International Delivery
Packaging is selected according to window size, glass configuration and transportation method. Typical protection may include EPE foam, PE film, bubble wrap, cardboard protection, stretch film and reinforced wooden frames.
Surface & Corner Protection | Separated Window Units | Reinforced Wooden Frames | Wooden Case Options
